G Style Magazine started as a column in a e-magazine. We have come along way since. Sometimes the measure of success isn’t always in terms of money. Something pure commitment to a project, an idea, a goal and sticking with it can be a measure of success.

G Style went from a column to a full Digital Magazine of it’s own. This was 2005. Now 2008, G Style Magazine has expanded to have a presence on every popular way people use the internet. We’re on MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Viigo (a victory on it’s own), and we are optimized for mobile users so we are looking to the future.

We have just further our expansion to Flickr a popular photo sharing site and Twitter a popular new form of micro blogging. Thes latest 2 have been set up for a specific reason. This year at the Digital Life Expo held at the Jacob Javis Center in New York City, we are going to make a presence unlike previous years. This year we will be seen. We will cover the event unlike we have done before, now only will the event be covered on our main site, we will use Flickr to bring you up to the minute photos of the event. What we see you will see. We will also use Twitter to micro blog where we are during the Expo, booth to booth, current happenings and more.

I invite you to follow us on Twitter follow on Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/gstylemagazine) and on Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/people/gstylemag).

The one thing about G Style Magazine that set it apart from under “upstarts” while we are on all of these sites, it isn’t a unregulated or uncoordinated expansion. Everything is seamless from Facebook, to MySpace, to Twitter though we are on different sites, it is all on the same page and integrated with our main site. Consistency, harmonious, coordinated, aligned. This is G Style Magazine, a movement and it is only the beginning!

Yep yep, Nyla is passed a year old now. She is like a year and a half now (I don’t go by that whole 17, 18, 19 month stuff, once she hit a year she was 1 lol). And this has a knack for messing with my gadgets!

I guess on the one hand I should be happy since she seems to just love all kinds of electronic gadgets. Her eyes get all big and she loves to try and go for my Blackberry (definite no no), TV remotes, laptops, cablebox, and more. Sometimes I will put her on my lap while I work on the computer and she just sits there all focused, until I have to put her down cause she tries to press the keys lol.

On the other hand, she is all over! Plus she doesn’t know what she is doing yet, so letting her mess with stuff is going to lead to her pressing buttons she shouldn’t be pressing and messing stuff up. While I like her curiosity in electronics, what I don’t want is having to deal with the fall out when she messes something up. I’m not trying to do damage control!

I guess when she get older I’ll encourage her use of electronics more, but for now I need fences and lots of them to guard and protect all the electronics in the house. Then I need to rotate those safe guards cause she is too smart for her own good. She is like me, she is highly observant, she watches you closely, and then she repeats what you did. So if I slip up, she’ll she how I’ll lock up something and then come back later and know how to unlock it lol.

Now we onto the Nintendo Wii Bowling League lol. Your looking at my Mii character. Looks like me huh lol. Played my first game out of 4 yesterday, and finished with 155. 3 games left and I’m looking to grab that top spot lol

Other than that, same ole same ole. Still waiting for the Blackberry Bold to come out. That thing better be out this month! And also trying to gear up for the Digital Life Expo coming at the end of September, want to make a bigger presence for G Style this year and maybe even give away something!

Don’t get it twisted though. The Boldberry theme will still be in use. Currently I’m feeling this theme, but will be keeping the Boldberry aka the Blackberry Bold them on my Curve for awhile (well atleast as long as the Blackberry Bold hasn’t dropped yet). *UPDATED* I changed the background image right after I put this up, below I will show what it was before.

This one is how since it have that whole “CoverFlow” Ipod Touch thing going for it. The original background was all MACish, which I wasn’t feeling so I changed it and put on this Camaro one. Now the theme is popping!
